Student and Parent Responsibilities

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
• Complete assigned homework and practice exercises
• Treat tutors and fellow students with respect
• Follow safety guidelines during in-person sessions
• Use educational materials responsibly

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Parents and guardians agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their child's educational needs
• Ensure timely payment of fees and charges
• Communicate any concerns or issues promptly
• Support their child's learning process at home
• Provide necessary consent for students under 16

Payment Terms

Fees and Charges

• Course fees are due as specified in your enrollment agreement
• Additional charges may apply for materials or special sessions
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods. All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment with written notice
• Pro-rated refunds may be available for unused sessions in special circumstances
• Materials and resources fees are non-refundable once accessed
• Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days

Scheduling and Cancellations

Session Scheduling

• Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between student, parent, and tutor
• We strive to maintain consistent scheduling but may need to make changes
• Students will receive confirmation of scheduled sessions

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for session cancellations
• Late cancellations may result in charges
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Persistent cancellations may result in service termination

Intellectual Property

Our Materials

All educational materials, content, and resources provided by Luster Funds are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright laws. Students may use these materials solely for their personal educational purposes.

Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original work. However, we may use anonymized student work for educational purposes with appropriate consent.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent educational services, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Academic Results

• We do not guarantee specific grades or examination results
• Academic success depends on various factors including student effort
• We provide educational support but cannot control external factors

Prohibited Uses
